Music Djing and disco equipment aren’t just my job, they’re my life.
Where to Start… I’m Paul a very friendly and relaxed person who had extreme passion for my Djing, I live in Buckie with my wife, Dee, our son, Louie, and our wee rescue cat, Kitty. When I’m not DJing love to relax, having family time, going out for breakfast date and according to Dee, I’m obsessed with our front grass of the house.
People ask me what’s my highlights of being a Dj, I have so much I could write a book, But Seeing People happy is a big highlight, along with Winning at the Top Tier wedding awards 2 years in a row and Scottish wedding awards was a career changing moment.
I’ve always wanted to be a DJ since I was 10. When there was no one to do the Halloween disco at the local youth club, I jumped at the chance, thus becoming a self-taught DJ. I learned how to use the record decks at the youth club in the mid-90s. Later on, I shadowed a popular mobile DJ, doing the odd party and disco in pubs and parties who helped educate my music knowledge and microphone skills.
After Leaving school in 5th year I completed an HNC in radio broadcasting. When I finished college in 2003, I took my self-taught skills back into the community to teach other young people how to DJ on community-based outreach projects, After that I worked for a disco equipment retailer for 10 years. However, once my wife fell pregnant, I decided to give it all up to become a full-time DJ and stay-at-home dad, my wife works offshore and is away for 2 weeks at a time. I’ve been a full-time DJ now for 12 years
After years of being a local wedding band support Dj and building up confidence, I did my first wedding on my own in 2008. One of my friends still winds me up yet and says you always told me “I’ll never do weddings” now look at you. My first couple, I never knew who the couple was before she booked me, Now she is now one of my closest friends, I have gone on to do every one of her family’s weddings and Parties.

So much of my Couples have become friends, and I’m now finding myself doing their children’s birthday parties and even their Children’s weddings. So much of my customers are friend’s and class me as their family DJ.
